Compatibility & Setup
Yes! iFindX offers trackers that are officially certified for the Apple Find My network and the Google Find My Device network. Depending on the model you choose, you can seamlessly connect to your iOS or Android device without any compatibility issues.
No third-party apps are required. Our smart tags integrate natively with your phone’s built-in tracking apps (Apple Find My or Google Find My Device). Just bring the tag close to your phone, and a pop-up will appear for instant pairing.

If you purchase our Dual-Ecosystem tracker, you can easily factory reset the tag and pair it with your new operating system. You are never locked into a single ecosystem.
Features & Performance
For local tracking (playing a sound), the Bluetooth range is up to 200 feet (60 meters). For long-distance tracking, the tags use a global crowdsourced network. Even if your item is miles away and offline, any passing Apple or Android device will securely relay its location to your map.
iFindX trackers are highly power-efficient, with battery life lasting up to 12 months. They use a standard CR2032 coin battery, which is inexpensive and easily replaceable by the user.
Standard Bluetooth tells you the general area of your lost item and lets you ring it. UWB (Ultra-Wideband) technology, available on our premium models, provides directional arrows and exact distance measurements on your phone screen, guiding you directly to your item.
Yes, our smart tags are designed to withstand the elements. Depending on the model, they feature water and dust resistance ratings ranging from IP65 to IP67 and IP68. Whether it’s for everyday splashes, pet collars, or outdoor bicycles, we have the right tracker tailored to your specific use cases.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy is our top priority. All location data and history are end-to-end encrypted. No one—not even iFindX, Apple, or Google—can see the location of your smart tag except you.
Both Apple and Google ecosystems have built-in anti-stalking features. If an unknown tracker is moving with you over time, your smartphone will detect it and send you an Unknown Tracker Alert, allowing you to locate and disable it.
Lost Mode works in two powerful steps to help you retrieve your items:
Silent Global Relay: When you mark an item as lost, any passing Apple or Android device will silently detect its Bluetooth signal and securely update the location on your map, without disturbing the passerby.
NFC Tap to Return: If a good Samaritan physically finds your tracker, they can simply tap it with any NFC-enabled smartphone (both iPhone and Android work). This tap will automatically open a secure webpage displaying the contact number or message you chose to leave, allowing them to contact you directly.
Yes. Through the native Apple Find My or Google Find My Device apps, you can easily share the location of specific items (like car keys or a pet’s tag) with trusted family members.
