1. Shipping Regions & Countries
We treat all orders equally, ensuring a high level of service quality. We offer shipping to most major countries and regions.
- Deliverable Regions: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, European Union, and select countries in Asia.
- Non-deliverable Regions: We currently do not ship to sanctioned countries/regions (such as Iran, Syria, North Korea, Russia, Belarus), active conflict zones, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses due to carrier restrictions on tracking devices.
2. Order Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment after it is placed.
- Standard Products: Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
- Custom Products: Order processing time for custom products varies depending on the specific customization requirements.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time (Shipping Time) is as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-15 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers. Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Estimated Delivery Time.
4. Shipping Costs
Your shipping cost may vary depending on the type, quantity, and weight of your package. Shipping rates also depend on your location and the required shipping speed.
At iFindX, orders over $79 are eligible for free shipping to all our deliverable countries. Orders under $79 will incur a shipping fee.

5. Customs, VAT, and Regulations
Customs and VAT: Some countries impose customs duties and value-added tax (VAT) on goods imported from China. We are responsible for covering any such additional taxes and fees levied by your government for the delivery of your package. Customers do not need to pay customs and VAT; you only pay for the product cost and shipping fee.

- Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, including street numbers, apartment details, and postal codes. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address input.
